Introduction

I began my journey with Six Star Cruises back in 2017, and it’s been an incredible experience ever since. Coming into the travel industry as a newcomer, I initially faced a steep learning curve, but it’s a challenge I eagerly embraced. Through dedication and hard work, I have steadily progressed within the business, developing my skills and expertise over time. I’m proud to have advanced to my current role as Senior Specialist Sales Concierge and Expedition Specialist, where I combine my passion for travel with in-depth knowledge to provide exceptional service and advice to our clients.

Previous Experience

I came into the travel industry with no prior experience—I was completely new to the field. Before joining, I worked as a Project Commercial Assistant for RSK Environmental Services, and this background has deeply influenced my passion for expedition cruising. My time at RSK made me much more environmentally conscious, and it’s inspiring to work with expedition cruise lines that share a strong commitment to reducing their carbon footprint. They strike a careful balance, allowing guests to explore some of the world’s most remarkable places while prioritising environmental responsibility.

My love of cruising runs in the family. My grandfather worked aboard the RMS Corinthia before joining Cunard, where he took part in the very first world cruise in 1957. He was a great inspiration to me and sparked my lifelong fascination with cruises. We made sure our son’s first cruise was aboard the Queen Mary, continuing the family tradition and passing on the passion for Cunard.
