I’ve been with the company for almost 15 years, and during that time I’ve developed a strong specialism in luxury cruising, working primarily as a Luxury Cruise Concierge. My role has allowed me to build long-standing relationships with our clients, offering a highly personalised service and using my in-depth knowledge of the luxury cruise market to help match them with the perfect itineraries and cruise lines. While I have previously managed a sales team—gaining valuable leadership experience—I’ve always found the greatest satisfaction in working directly with our wonderful clients. I genuinely enjoy getting to know them, understanding their preferences, and ensuring every detail of their booking is tailored to their expectations. It's this one-to-one connection and the ability to create unforgettable travel experiences that continues to drive my passion for the role.
Cruising has been my passion for over 20 years, specialising in luxury travel with extensive experience sailing on leading cruise lines such as Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, Explora Journeys, Crystal Cruises, Seabourn, Oceania, AMA Waterways, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America, and more. I’ve sailed multiple times on standout ships including Seven Seas Splendor, Silver Ray, Silver Wind, Explora I & II, Crystal Serenity, Seabourn Venture, Oceania Marina, and luxury river cruises with AMA Waterways.
Some of my favourite destinations include Australia—where I explored Sydney, Hunter Valley, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane - the Caribbean, the Mediterranean (especially the Greek Isles), and Central America. I thrive on creating tailor-made luxury cruise holidays from scratch, designing unique itineraries that meet every client’s needs and delivering seamless, unforgettable experiences.
