Introduction

I've been with the business for 16 years and 9 months. When I first joined, I started out in customer service, which gave me a solid understanding of our customers and how the business operates. After a while, I moved into the product team, where I’ve spent the majority of my time. Over the years, I’ve been involved in various areas, but I mainly focused on SixStarCruises, where I’ve played a key role in managing and developing the product range. I also spent some time working on Cruise118 in the earlier stages of my career, and occasionally supported River Voyages when needed. My experience across these brands has given me a broad knowledge of the cruise market and how to tailor our offerings to different customer needs.

Previous Experience

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to gain first-hand experience across a range of luxury ocean and river cruise lines. I’ve visited several Regent Seven Seas ships, including the Voyager, Explorer, Splendor, and Grandeur. I’ve also spent time onboard Seabourn Quest and the Seabourn Venture, their expedition ship. As part of my role, I had the opportunity to join Oceania’s Nautica for a ship visit and lunch, and I’ve also visited Azamara Pursuit. During my time with Silversea, I experienced the Silver Explorer, which is no longer part of their fleet. On the river side, I’ve gained insight into the offerings of AmaWaterways, Avalon Waterways, and Viking River Cruises through various visits and familiarisation trips. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the different products, service levels, and customer expectations across both ocean and river cruising.
